Ibanez Artcore Anybody here owns an Ibanez Artcore AFS75? I won this used Ibanez Artcore on Ebay upon checking?
I noticed the back of the guitar is not flat but there's a hump on the back is this normal ? or it should be flat. and should I return it to the seller ?
cool thanks guys
I have one at the studio and tell you what, the darn guitar has a nice jazzy feel to it. For me, it's perfectly suited to jazz and blues. It still has a growl to it and if you are into Brian Setzer stuff (stray cats), the guitar is suited for that as well.
The hump in the back is normal. That is how most semi- and acoustic-electric are.
Hey....you got it for free. That is even better.

Ibanez S5470 Good single coil for HSH guitar with Petrucci pickup set?
I am planning on changing my pickups in my Ibanez s5470. The neck will be a liquifire and the bridge will be a crunch lab. and suggestions for a good single coil in the middle? thanks in advance
Awesome setup, and killer pickups!!! Pickups have always been the hardest thing for me to decide what to get because I have to buy them, install them, and then see what they are all about. Anyway, I have been through a couple of different single coil fitting pickups. So...
Carvin AP-11's. They are terrific on my strats in the neck or middle position. Great for glassy tones and are very unique. I absolutely love them! But, they don't sound that great with distortion. However, you will have 2 other pups for that!
Both Seymour Duncan and DiMarzio hot rails. They are stacked humbuckers. They are both decent. However, in comparison to the pups you have in now, they will sound like crap. They are great for a strat if you don't have a pickguard that holds humbuckers.
Seymour Duncan Lil 59. Great for capturing vintage tone and may give you some versatility.
Fender Lace Sensors. I like the Reds the best. But the Gold are really good as well. Im not a blues player, so I didnt get the blue ones.
Hope this gives you some insight.

Anyone know where to get a cheap Ibanez electric guitar?
I have about $450 to spend, but I'd love to get my hands on the XPT700XH. (unlikely. lol)
Most cities have a local kijiji site in their area. so check kijiji.com if you are in america, and kijiji.ca if you are in a canada. Then just search for it. You wont have to worry about shipping this way.
if not please tell me another guitar package that is better for the same or less price.
its not the greatest package but its about the best your going to get for that price... its good if you just want to fart around and practice but if you get serious then you will need something better
Review of the Ibanez RG1451 Prestige Electric Guitar
If you are a small child then yes since it's not a full-size guitar. However if you are big enough for a full size guitar then look elsewhere. Ibanez makes good inexpensive stuff but that one might not be right for you.
