What sounds better, a thin body acoustic guitar or a regular one?

Would that be good, or is a regular sized acoustic better?
First of all, buy a guitar at a music store and nowhere else. Thin body acoustics are really meant for playing plugged in. Acoustically, they sound, well, thin. They lack the full size chamber that produces a full sound. And did I mention that you should not buy a guitar from Target or Wal*Mart?
Go to a music store and have the salesperson play a thin body acoustic and a full size one and you will easily be able to discern the difference.

What kind of electric guitar starter pack should I get for 150 or less?
I have played classical music on the acoustic guitar for three years and I think that I have the skills for the electric now; I couldn't find any good packs though. I found some, but all the reviews were bad. Are the Kona and Silvertone @ Costco bad? I couldn't find any cheap Squiers (Ithink those are good)? I am very confused, so any help will be appreciated. =) thanx
I use to teach a girl that had a Yamaha gig pack. Not, a bad guitar for the price. Resembled a Squire Also, Ibanez has pretty decent gig packs for around $199. Check out this place . A Squire Starter Pack for $199. http://www.musiciansfriend.com just click the top sellers in the list on the left.
Note: If you want a fine quality instrument then expect to pay $600 on up in to the Thousands. Also be careful at pawn shops because you don't know if a guitar has been altered or replaced from the origional parts. Does it have the origional pick ups? Has the neck been replaced with another one?Things like that.
Now, if you go to a reputable music store you might be able to find a used one of fine quality for a reasonable price.
