I am a huge led zeppelin fan and i was wondering which i should get, A Gibson eds 1275 or a marshall 1959slp half stack. they both are amazing and about the same price which is better? PS. Right now i have a gibson les paul studio and a marshall mg50dfx
If it were me...I'd go with the Marshall. The reason for that is, how practical is the Gibson Double neck guitar, I mean it's probably a fabulous sounding guitar but what situation would you be in to need it? If your not in a band to were you would need to play a 12 string and a 6 string in the same song, other than Stairway to Heaven, I don't see the point. I think you would get more use out of the Marshall. I've never played through that particular amp but I hear nothing but good things about it. But this is just my opinion. THe choice is yours, you have to live with your decision

Im looking for a new guitar and my style is led zeppelin and AC/DC mostly but if i really push it i can get a black sabbath tone out of it. the ESP is not the kind that gets EMG pickups but instead seymour duncans...please helpp!!!!
I have both among others. If you want a fat gutsy bluesy, rock sound like Led Zep. Les Paul is the way to go. I have a 1969 Gold Top like Jimmie Page. Sounds just like his recording. You can't go wrong if that is the sound you like. The ESP doesn't have the guts especially with the EMG. You want the raw sound and that is what LP is noted for.... a raw dirty sound.
The Seymour Duncan have more guts and can get close to the sound of a LP but it will net have the sound of my old 1969 Gibson LO. No way EVER. The wood makes a big difference and the aging process adds to the tone over the years.

I would like to take a group of photos and create a DVD quality slideshow presentation which would be set to a specific song. I am creating a promo video from photos from a previous program, and I would like to be able to easily transport this slideshow to any projector which could play a DVD. I also need to be able to add slides of blank text, and I would like the ability to have photos pan in and out and have the text move and fade across the screen.

Guitar Bass Amp I was wondering can I use a bass speaker from a car to replace in my bass guitar amp ?
I was just wondering is it possible to replace my bass guitar amp speaker with a bass speaker from a car with the same ohms ??

I'd check the output impedance of the guitar amp. Many professional and home amps are designed to drive 8ohm and sometimes even 16ohm loads, whereas car audio speakers and subwoofers are generally 4ohm or 2ohm. If the bass speaker from the car is 2ohm and the amp is 8ohm, it won't work very long. Even at 4ohms it's not good for the amp. A possible workaround is to connect a second car speaker in series.
